Abstract An optical frequency comb (OFC) frequency-division multiplexing dispersive interference multichannel distance measurement method is proposed. Based on the OFC interference, wide spectrum divided into multiple channels using a wavelength-division multiplexer. Under existing light source and spectrometer, single system can realize six of high-precision parallel absolute measurement. The influence width shape performance channel analyzed. ranging accuracy higher than ± 4 ?m under optimization nonuniform discrete Fourier transform Hanning window.
